  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from the time it ships, but please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of year.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so that you can easily track your package every step of the way.

  • Customs, Duties, Taxes & Damages: 

If you have any concerns about customs or taxes that may be applied to your order, please note that Hisense Centre cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred during shipping, and any customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • International Shipping Policy:

We would like to remind our customers that at this time, we are only able to ship within Kenya.
